• Work hands-on alongside the team when required to support project delivery.

• Ensure trades have the information, materials and resources required to work effectively.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers that could impact productivity or timelines.

• Assist with resolving complex technical, scope and stakeholder issues.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, support staff and technical teams.
• Maintain a strong site safety culture and compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders regarding progress, risks and project requirements.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with subcontractors and trade partners.
• Mentor and support trade staff to develop their skills and capabilities.

About You

You’ll be an experienced construction professional who is comfortable taking ownership of a site while still being prepared to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience supervising construction projects and trade teams.
• Strong practical construction and trade knowledge.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sound commercial awareness and experience working within project budgets.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• A proactive approach and ability to anticipate upcoming project requirements.
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Capacity to undertake physically demanding work when required.
• Flexibility to work additional hours where project requirements demand it.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
