Job summary

Liontown Limited is seeking a Construction Supervisor/Superintendent for an 18-month FIFO role from Perth to Kathleen Valley in Western Australia. The role focuses on safety leadership, contractor coordination, and delivery of mining process plant upgrades within a staged expansion plan.

You will work with experienced project engineers and managers, ensuring alignment with HSE procedures, schedule, and quality standards across underground development, surface infrastructure, and processing

Qualifications

Who are we?

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia's newest and most exciting lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset with a 20+ year mine life — and we're now expanding it.

Early works are underway. A 5.5MW ball mill is on order, underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing, and we're building the dedicated project team that will deliver the next phase of growth. This is an 18-month maximum term role, created specifically for our expansion plans. The role will ideally be offered on a 2:1 roster and is FIFO from Perth to Kathleen Valley.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safety, Health & Environment – assisting the Construction Manager in ensuring HSE Advisors, discipline site coordinators and sub-contractors meet their obligations under Liontown's HSE procedures, including pre-start hazard analyses, risk assessments, and participation in the project safety programme, inspections and audits
• Construction - coordinating with construction contractor supervisors to keep work safe and on schedule, understanding critical path activities and proactively mitigating delays. Ensuring contractors understand site conditions, including the Authority to Mobilise process, laydown areas and security measures, and providing input into daily, weekly and monthly project reports
• Quality - ensuring compliance with the Quality Management Plan (QMP), supporting the flow of drawings and specifications to contractors and the site team, and coordinating site walkdowns and construction meetings.
• Schedule - monitoring the construction schedule and contractor resourcing, attending weekly progress and interfacing meetings.

What We Are Looking For

• Tier-1 or Tier-2 main contractor experience, supporting client-side construction projects, at Supervisor or Superintendent level.
• Multi-discipline project experience, preferably in Mining Process Plant upgrades or expansions.
• Engineering or trade qualification in structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) or electrical and instrumentation (E&I).
• A sound understanding of health and safety legislation and HSE management systems.
• Current Australian manual driver's licence, White Card, and ability to satisfy standard WA mine site induction, ticketing and medical requirements.
