XL Precast Pty Ltd in Swanbank, Queensland, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to handover. You will coordinate clients, site teams, production, drafting, logistics, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to deliver safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

This hands‑on role requires strong planning, cost control and communication, with roughly 50% site based work and 50% office based duties, including travel between project sites

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or precast industry.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Understanding tender costs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award to completion.
• Coordinate trades, contractors, and delivery of quality work.
• Conduct quality inspections of trades work.
• Manage site inductions and briefings.
• Ensure site WHS, compliance, and security.
• Undertake regular quality inspections of workmanship.
• Oversee safety procedures and compliance.
• Monitor progress, costing and plans with site managers.
• Plan daily duties to meet project timelines.
• Review plans for cost-saving measures and potential issues.
• Communicate with local council for permits and approvals.
• Deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Maintain clear project reporting and management communication.
