Job summary

Jointly in Melbourne seeks a Project Manager (Construction) to lead site and office teams from start to finish on varied commercial projects across Victoria.

You will ensure safety and compliance with HSEQ, manage procurement via Procore, develop construction programmes, supervise admins, and coordinate with clients and architects to deliver projects on time and within budget.

4-7 years of commercial construction PM experience is preferred; Procore and MS Project knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to lead site and office teams.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and programming.
• Proven ability to liaise with clients and architects.
• Understanding of HSEQ policies and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and budget.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor management via Procore.
• Prepare detailed construction programmes.
• Provide leadership to contract & project administrators.
• Liaise with clients and architects to ensure successful delivery.
