Job summary

Now Careers seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead precast concrete projects across Southeast Queensland. You will manage from award to completion, coordinating builders, engineering/drafting, factory production, transport and site erection.

This role requires 5–8 years in project management within precast or structural construction, strong drawing comprehension, and excellent organization to handle multiple priorities and contracts. Relocation to Swanbank and a growing facility are planned.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' project management/project engineering experience, ideally within precast or structural construction.
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Commercially aware with experience in contracts, variations, procurement and project costs.
• Practical, confident communicator who can work across the office, factory and construction sites.

Join a growing precast concrete business delivering structural and architectural precast projects across Southeast Queensland.
This is a hands-on Project Manager role with responsibility from contract award through to completion, coordinating builders, engineering/drafting, factory production, transport and erection crews.

ESSENTIAL

• Queensland White Card and unrestricted driver's licence.
• Strong Microsoft Office and project scheduling skills.
• Understanding of Queensland WHS requirements.
• Precast concrete experience highly regarded.
