Job summary

Transcend Consultancy Group is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a large precast manufacturing and construction firm in Laverton, Melbourne. This full-time role supports project delivery from planning through to completion, working with designers, trades and clients to ensure projects run on time and to high standards.

You will assist in developing detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proven planning and scheduling ability.
• Understanding of construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering detailed project plans to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and support project teams, including designers, trades, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed.

Our client, a large Precast company in Laverton is seeking a Junior Project manager - PreCast - Manufacturing & Construction

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Project Manager to join a large Concrete precast company. Based full-time in Laverton office, you'll support the delivery of high-quality projects from planning through to completion working closely with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in the development and delivery of detailed project plans to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• Coordinating and supporting project teams, including designers, trades, and subcontractor
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and keeping all stakeholders informed
• Working closely with clients
• Carrying out administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in Project Management
• Strong grasp of project management principles and methods
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Skilled in planning & scheduling
• Sound knowledge of construction regulations
