Jointly invites a Project Manager (Construction) to lead complex commercial projects across Victoria, from initial briefing through final handover. You will head site and office teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires 4–7 years of PM experience on greenfield or renovation projects, with hands-on knowledge of Procore and MS Project. Excellent communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with government and private sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
• Monitor progress to keep deadlines and budget.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractors via Procore.
• Prepare detailed construction programmes.
• Provide leadership to contract & project administrators.
• Coordinate with clients and architects for successful delivery.
