Job summary

AWS Services in Victoria, Australia seeks a Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects across diverse sectors. You will drive planning, coordination, and successful outcomes from start to finish, working with estimators and site teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of project or construction management experience, a solid grasp of construction methodologies and contract compliance, and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in project management or construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management and compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance
• Prepare and maintain programs, methodologies and WHS management plans
• Drive project performance by monitoring budgets, materials, schedules and risks
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery
• Provide detailed daily/weekly reports to clients
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
