Job summary

DCOH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site execution of construction projects from award to handover. You will drive safety, schedule, cost control and quality across commercial and residential builds in Victoria.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Building & Construction Management or related field, strong contract knowledge and proven experience delivering complex projects with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building & Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects through all construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, compliance and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction projects in accordance with programme, budget and contractual requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution with Site Managers and teams for safe, coordinated delivery.
• Monitor progress, address delays, conflicts and risks proactively.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are implemented on site.
• Procure trade packages, develop scopes of work and manage subcontractor engagement.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, compliance and contractual obligations.
