Job summary

You will prepare tender documents, develop estimates and schedules, supervise delivery of works, and coordinate staff and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, project supervision, estimating, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects.
• Develop accurate estimates, quotations, material schedules, trade packages, and construction programs.
• Supervise and support the delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade works.
• Coordinate office staff, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
