Job summary

Government client (agency undisclosed) in Queensland seeks a role combining estimating, project coordination, contractor supervision, building inspections, and workplace health and safety responsibilities.

You will prepare tender documents, develop estimates and schedules, supervise delivery of works, and coordinate staff and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, project supervision, estimating, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
