Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction, maintenance, facilities or asset-related works.
• Strong understanding of building construction and maintenance practices, contract procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resources, contractors and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional resources to support delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade projects.
• Supervise contractors, field staff and office teams involved in planned and responsive works.
• Support planning, delivery and monitoring of service maintenance, facilities and traditional works programs.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
