Job summary

Piper Moss Constructions is seeking an on-site junior to mid-level project support to manage technical and procurement loads on civil projects in Sydney. You will liaise with engineers, coordinate trades, and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

You will review drawings, manage RFIs, track submittals, and support cost reporting and handover activities on a dynamic site team.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, structural or construction engineering or equivalent site experience.
• Ability to read structural and architectural documentation and identify clashes.
• Organised with documents; version control matters to you.

Responsibilities

• Raise and track RFIs and chase consultants.
• Review shop drawings and submittals against docs.
• Run procurement schedules to ensure materials arrive before trades.
• Update the programme and flag schedule slippage early.
• Coordinate subcontractors on site sequencing and interfaces.
• Maintain quality records, ITPs and as-built documentation.
• Support the project manager on cost reporting and variations.
• Assist with defect closeout and handover.
