Rogers Construction Group is seeking a hands-on Minor Works Project Coordinator to partner with Project Managers and the Operations Manager in delivering Minor Works projects across NSW. You will assist with tender submissions, estimating, supplier engagement, and on-site coordination from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has construction administration experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and time management skills. A driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on a challenge and wants to grow with a busy, fast‑moving division. As a Minor Works Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Project Managers and Operations Manager to deliver projects smoothly from start to finish — including supporting the Project Manager with tender submissions and estimating.
Support the Operations Manager to deliver Minor Works projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Help uphold our 8+ client rating through responsive, professional service
Procure materials and engage suppliers promptly to keep tight programs on track
Onboard subcontractors onto our SEQ platforms
Compile and track all documentation required under the contract
Attend site visits to build hands‑on project knowledge
Raise and manage purchase orders
Prepare draft quotes and estimates
Produce site safety documentation
Coordinate and schedule internal and external tradespeople
Issue weekly client progress reports

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate has previous construction administration experience in facilities maintenance and refurbishment. To be considered you will ideally have the following.
Be proficient in MS Office suite.
Possess high level verbal & written communication skills.
Have excellent time management and communication skills.
Be committed and passionate.
Drivers license and own vehicle.
Previous construction knowledge is essential.
