Job summary

You will support scheduling, monitor timelines and budgets, prepare progress reports, and help manage subcontractors and suppliers while coordinating inspections and documentation. This hands-on role offers growth under senior project managers.

Qualifications

• Expediting materials, permits, and services to stay on schedule.
• Fundamentals of planning, scheduling, risk awareness, and stakeholder coordination.
• Site inspections support, quality control, and compliance documentation.
• Logistics support for deliveries, site access, and resource allocation.
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with diverse teams and clients.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic project environment.
• Proficient with common project tools; familiarity with construction documentation is a plus.
