Job summary

Shed Bonanza in Melbourne is seeking a Contractor Coordinator to bridge project management, technical support, and compliance across our construction and engineering teams. You will manage schedules and budgets, use Probuild or similar software, review drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination or project management in the construction sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience in Probuild or similar project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Utilise Probuild or similar project management software to monitor project performance and timelines.
• Assist in the preparation and review of technical drawings and specifications through AutoCAD and Revit.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and codes.
• Coordinate with Building Permits team for compliant project completion.
• General administration including meeting minutes and inter-departmental communications.
