You should have a building/construction degree and 3–8 years’ experience with a commercial-industrial builder, showing motivation, learning aptitude and a results‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduation in building/construction degree with relevance to commercial/industrial settings.
• 3–8 years of experience with a commercial-industrial builder in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site coordination with emphasis on design and overall coordination.
• Liaise with project/design consultants, trades sub-contractors and the wider site team.
• Work with Project and Site Manager to oversee project progress and delivery.
