The Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manufacturing: Work alongside the factory team to coordinate production schedules, priorities and manufacturing requirements.
  • Delivery & Logistics: Organise transport, delivery schedules, site access, unloading arrangements and crane requirements.
  • Installation: Coordinate installation crews, mobilisation dates, site readiness and onsite progress.
  • Client Management: Maintain regular communication with builders, clients and internal stakeholders, providing project updates and following up outstanding information.
  • Cost & Variations: Identify scope changes, coordinate variation requests and assist with monitoring project costs.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project trackers, schedules, drawing registers, approval logs and progress reports.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and project tracking systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and following up outstanding actions.

Experience with light gauge steel, timber frame and truss manufacturing, structural drawings, BIM models or prefabricated construction would be highly regarded.

A qualification in civil or structural engineering, architecture or construction would also be advantageous.

What's on Offer?
  • Salary package of $85,000 = $100k + Super, depending on experience.
