Job summary

Darrall Gibson & Sons Plasterers Pty Ltd in Mayfield West NSW is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support project managers, estimators and site teams from office to site. Immediate start for a reliable, detail-oriented candidate.

The role combines QA, WHS, estimating and site administration with a Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm schedule based in Newcastle. Salary is AU$85,000 plus Super with room to grow into project management or estimating.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA processes, WHS paperwork and site inductions.
• WHS management or administration experience is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Current White Card and driver's licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with ITPs, quality checklists, photo records and submittals.
• Prepare and manage WHS paperwork, checklists, submittals and site inductions.
• Collate pricing and supplier quotes to support the estimating team.
• Help prepare tender submissions and track variations through to approval.
• Assist with site record keeping, correspondence and day-to-day administration.
• Liaise with builders and principal contractors on documentation and site requirements.
