Job summary

Select Plant Australia is seeking a logistics professional to lead the seamless flow of materials on a major project. You will coordinate just-in-time deliveries, maintain full traceability from arrival to installation, and work with project partners to promote safe, compliant logistics operations.

Responsibilities include managing delivery dockets, inventory, and transport compliance, while supporting programme performance and cost visibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction logistics or site-based supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of HVNL and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
• Experience with delivery management platforms and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the delivery platform for site deliveries, bookings and logistics scheduling.
• Coordinate just-in-time delivery aligned to construction program and install sequence.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and transport providers to confirm delivery details.
