Salexo Consulting is partnering with an established supplier of architectural hardware in Sydney. The role is customer-facing, working with builders, trades, installers and shopfitters to help them select products, prepare quotes and process orders.

You’ll gain a strong understanding of a technical product range with a clear pathway into external sales and account management, supported by comprehensive product training and an established customer base.

Qualifications

• No architectural hardware experience required.
• Comfort dealing with trades and customers and willingness to learn technical products.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Counter and phone sales to trade customers
• Preparing quotes and processing orders
• Helping customers select the right products
• Answering technical product enquiries
• Dealing with builders, installers and trades
• Working with warehouse and internal sales teams
• Building product knowledge and customer relationships
