Job summary

Sitzler invites graduates to join its two-year Graduate Program in Adelaide, offering three rotations across the business. You will work on real projects from day one, travel where required, and be mentored by industry leaders to develop a long-term construction career.

This program targets recent graduates in Construction Management, Engineering, PM, Estimating/QS, with citizenship or permanent residency and a valid driver’s licence. The Unley Office location supports onsite site work.

Qualifications

• Completed a relevant degree within the last two years (Construction Management, Engineering, PM, Estimating/QS).
• Willing to work on project sites and travel as required.
• Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Work on major construction projects from day one with real challenges.
• Rotate through different areas of the business to gain broad exposure.
• Learn from experienced industry leaders and build practical construction experience.
