Sitzler Pty invites recent graduates to join its 2027 Western Australia Graduate Program. This two-year program offers three rotations across the business, providing hands-on experience on major construction projects and mentorship from industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a relevant degree within the last two years in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Current driver's licence.
• Willingness to work on project sites and travel as required.

Our two-year Graduate Program has been designed for recent graduates who are ready to step out of the classroom and into the real world of construction. Through three structured rotations, you'll gain exposure to different aspects of the business, work alongside experienced industry professionals and discover where your strengths and interests lie.

This is not a role where you'll spend your days watching from the sidelines. You'll be involved in real projects, real challenges and real career-building opportunities from day one.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking graduates who are excited about building a career in construction and ready to gain hands-on experience.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have completed a relevant degree within the last two years in:
  • Construction Management
  • Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, etc.)
  • Project Management
  • Estimating or QuantitySurveying
• Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Have a current driver's licence
• Be willing to work on project sites and travel where required

Applicants who are currently eligible for Australian citizenship or are actively progressing toward citizenship are also encouraged to apply.
