Job summary

Sitzler Pty invites recent graduates to join its two-year Graduate Program 2027 in Darwin. You’ll rotate through key areas, work on real projects from day one, and develop the skills and confidence needed for a long-term career in construction.

Eligible graduates include Construction Management, Engineering (Civil/Structural/Mechanical), Project Management, Estimating or Quantity Surveying. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, you must hold a current driver’s licence, and

Qualifications

• Must have completed a relevant degree within the last two years in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, etc.), Project Management, Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Willing to work on project sites and travel where required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three structured rotations across the business.
• Work on real projects and tackle real challenges from day one.
• Collaborate with experienced industry professionals to develop skills and confidence.
