Job summary

Sitzler invites graduates to join its two-year Graduate Program in Adelaide, offering three rotations across the business. You will work on real projects from day one, travel where required, and be mentored by industry leaders to develop a long-term construction career.

This program targets recent graduates in Construction Management, Engineering, PM, Estimating/QS, with citizenship or permanent residency and a valid driver’s licence. The Unley Office location supports onsite site work.

• Completed a relevant degree within the last two years (Construction Management, Engineering, PM, Estimating/QS).
• Willing to work on project sites and travel as required.
• Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and a valid driver’s licence.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking graduates who are excited about building a career in construction and ready to gain hands-on experience.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have completed a relevant degree within the last two years in:
  • Construction Management
  • Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, etc.)
  • Project Management
  • Estimating or Quantity Surveying
• Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Have a current driver’s licence
• Be willing to work on project sites and travel where required
