Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Construction Management & Building Economics or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.
• Strong focus on safety, integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Document control and record management.
• Assist Estimators with pre-qualifications and tenders.
• Support the Project Manager and Site Manager through all construction phases.
• Ensure activities comply with WHS Act, Regulations, EPA Act and Codes of Practice.
• Help meet project schedules, budgets and performance criteria.
• Collate deliverables for practical completion and liaise on project close-out.
