InfraBuild in Australia is inviting recent or soon-to-be graduates to join the 2028 Graduate Program as a Graduate Civil Engineer based in St Marys, Western Sydney. The two-year fixed-term contract includes two 12-month rotations, hands-on learning, and structured development with coaching and formal training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering completed or graduating soon (within 3 years).
• Australian/NZ citizenship or visa granting unlimited working rights.
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 12-month rotations across civil projects.
• Contribute to day-to-day activities and internal/external meetings.
• Engage in mentoring and coaching to support development.
