Job summary

Morson Edge Australia in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the end-to-end finance function. This hands-on role combines day-to-day financial management with commercial reporting, cashflow forecasting and project profitability.

You will own month-end and year-end processes, manage WIP and job costing, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions. The position is full-time, on-site in Western Sydney with opportunities to influence multiple

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial Controller or Finance Manager
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills
• Proven cashflow management and forecasting ability
• Experience with multi-entity operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR/GL
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
• Oversee month-end and year-end processes and intercompany transactions
• Monitor WIP, job costing and project profitability
