Qualifications

• Construction-focused accounting experience required.
• Experience with WIP, forecasting and project accounting.
• Strong month-end reporting and financial analysis.
• Invoicing, progress claims and accounts receivable exposure.
• Attention to detail with large volumes of project data.
• Able to work independently while supporting the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain WIP reporting across construction projects.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Prepare month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing and progress claims.
• Upload new projects and financial information into internal systems.
• Monitor project financials and identify variances.
• Provide day-to-day accounting support to the Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to keep data accurate.
