Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Business Manager to lead CASE Construction Equipment performance across ANZ, NZ, QLD and NT. You will own sales growth, dealer development and customer experience, working with dealer partners and internal stakeholders to deliver business expansion.

You will report to the Head of CE Segment ANZ and develop strategies that increase market share and strengthen the CASE brand across your territories, collaborating with Product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years' experience within the construction equipment industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated sales and business development experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail and wholesale performance and market share growth across assigned territories.
• Represent the CASE CE brand with dealer partners and ensure brand/dealer standards are met.
• Develop and implement commercial sales and marketing strategies aligned with ANZ/global objectives.
• Build strong relationships with dealer partners and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance, inventory, and positioning.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and pricing/positioning decisions.
• Support dealers in achieving business plan objectives through sales, marketing and operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Network Development teams across ANZ and APAC.
