Job summary

CEA is seeking an experienced Dealer Territory Manager to strengthen dealer performance, expand market share and drive sales growth across an established territory in Australia.

Reporting to the National Dealer Development Manager, you will work closely with dealer principals and sales teams to improve performance and identify growth opportunities. This role requires regular travel and hands-on sales support across the region to build a strong, market-leading dealer network.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer network management and territory sales.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with dealer partners across your region.
• Support dealers with product training, demonstrations, pricing, promotions and major sales opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and help dealers hit sales targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews on sales, pipeline activity, inventory and marketing.
• Identify opportunities to improve dealer coverage and assist with recruitment.
• Monitor market trends and provide dealer feedback to CEA and SANY.
• Promote the SANY brand and ensure a consistent customer experience.
