Job summary

CNH Industrial in Australia is seeking a Commercial Business Manager based in St Marys NSW to lead the CASE Construction Equipment brand across NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and WA. This role will drive sales, market share and dealer performance while working with dealer partners and internal stakeholders to deliver growth.

You will report to the Head of CE Segment ANZ and help develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to boost retail and wholesale performance, strengthen the CASE brand presence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction equipment industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with sales and business development experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building, influential communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales and market share across NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and WA.
• Develop and implement commercial sales and marketing strategies aligned with ANZ objectives.
• Build strong relationships with dealer partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review business performance and forecast.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Network Development teams.
