Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Product Support Specialist based in St Marys NSW to provide expert technical support for our construction equipment portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with dealers, customers and internal teams to reduce downtime, resolve complex issues and improve satisfaction.

Role requires trade qualification in heavy equipment or related field, strong diagnostic skills, and willingness to travel to sites across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified in Heavy Equipment, Diesel Mechanics, Automotive, Agricultural Machinery, or a related field.
• Strong experience with construction equipment or heavy machinery.
• Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience working with dealer networks, field service, or technical support environments.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable travelling to dealer and customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for construction equipment.
• Investigate and resolve complex hydraulic, electrical, engine, powertrain, and electronic system issues.
• Support dealers through technical guidance, coaching, and training.
• Manage escalated customer and machine downtime cases.
• Review warranty claims and support product failure investigations.
• Conduct dealer and customer site visits, machine inspections, and technical assessments.
• Support new product launches, field campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, product support, and quality teams to improve product reliability.

Key Responsibilities
