Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 3–4 years’ experience in billing or accounts receivable.
• Understanding of project billing and revenue impact.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing and administrative support to Construction, Project Management, and operations.
• Ensure billing is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales to generate invoices.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing disputes and adjustments.
• Coordinate bank guarantees and security instruments.
• Review monthly billing to maximise revenue recognition and reduce slippage.
• Maintain records and reporting across projects.
• Build relationships across Sales, Construction, Project Management and Finance.
• Support ad hoc billing, reporting and admin tasks as required.
