Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Billings Coordinator to join a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced professional services environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage end-to-end billing, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure accuracy, efficiency and excellent internal client service in a collaborative hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Prior billing or accounts receivable experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing for a portfolio of stakeholders.
• Prepare and process invoices per client requirements.
• Monitor and maintain WIP balances and respond to billing queries.
