AEMO is expanding its System Design Division with a focus on leading complex generation and network connection projects across the National Electricity Market. You will oversee a team of project managers, collaborate with government agencies and industry participants, and drive reforms to improve connection outcomes.

Competenze

• Significant stakeholder engagement and negotiation experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional project teams.
• Experience delivering complex generator connections or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong delivery focus with governance, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Lead government-sponsored Connections programs and reforms.
• Oversee program financials: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost recovery and governance.
• Mentor and develop a team of project managers for delivery excellence.
• Embed consistent project and portfolio management practices across Onboarding & Connections.
• Build trusted partnerships with generation developers, Network Service Providers and regulators.
