AEMO, Australia's independent energy system and market operator, is seeking a Project Manager for the Future Energy Systems program. You will lead strategic projects that support the energy transition, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.

This permanent role offers flexible location across AEMO offices, with a focus on collaboration, delivery excellence and capability development within the System Design division.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in PM, engineering or business.
• PM certification (PRINCE2/PMP) highly regarded.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and delivery of complex programs and projects with governance.
• Translate strategic priorities into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Engage engineers, operations and stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and decisions.
• Prepare clear reporting and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate workshops to establish outcomes and next steps.
• Adapt to changing priorities and improve delivery and governance.
