V/Line is seeking a Configuration Manager - OCS in Melbourne to oversee changes to Operational Control Systems, ensuring governance, documentation, and configuration integrity across a hybrid work model.

You will coordinate change activities with projects, engineering and operations, lead governance processes and support ongoing improvements to change and data management practices, delivering value for Victorians and rail operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating change initiatives in operations, technology, or asset environments.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance capabilities for documenting and implementing changes.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes across groups.
• Experience maintaining configuration records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven planning and organizational skills to balance priorities and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Change Control Advisory Board and governance processes.
• Coordinate change activities across projects, engineering, maintenance and operations.
• Support change approval, documentation and compliance.
• Maintain accurate configuration records and asset information.
• Support ServiceNow change management administration and improvements.
• Monitor adherence to risk management and change control requirements.
• Contribute to project delivery by managing operational impacts.
• Identify opportunities to improve change and data management practices.
