Job summary

V/Line's Configuration Manager - OCS role is responsible for managing changes affecting Operational Control Systems, ensuring changes are planned, documented and implemented with configuration integrity. The role coordinates governance, supports project delivery and helps manage business risks.

You will work with a broad range of stakeholders in a hybrid environment, coordinating across projects, engineering and operations, while maintaining accurate configuration information and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and embedding change initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance processes.
• Ability to document, assess and implement changes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Change Control Advisory Board and governance for Operational Control Systems.
• Coordinate change activities across projects, engineering, maintenance and operations.
• Facilitate change governance, approval and compliance processes.
• Maintain configuration records, databases and asset information.
• Support ServiceNow change management processes and risk adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve change and data management practices.
