Working closely with the Conference Centre team, other internal teams and external providers, the Officer supports the delivery of courses, meetings, and events that reflect the organisation’s commitment to excellence. The role also contributes to the smooth running of the Conference Centre through continuous improvement, administrative support, and by fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for all staff and visitors.

  • Support the delivery of events, training courses and meetings.
  • Coordinate room setups, catering, signage and basic technology requirements.
  • Maintain the presentation and functionality of conference and meeting spaces.
  • Manage bookings, enquiries, deliveries and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas to improve services and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide occasional support for after-hours events.

  • High attention to detail, particularly in room setup, event logistics, catering presentation and administrative processes
  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality service and presentation standards.
