Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferably an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in civil/concrete works on industrial plants.
• Experience with large reinforced concrete pours.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage contractors.
• Ability to work independently and supervise on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate batch plant contractors, schedule, and cost control.
• Forecast deliveries and daily concrete production.
• Monitor compliance with ES&H and quality standards.
• Review subcontractors' submittals and technical queries.
• Maintain interfaces with other departments and stakeholders.
• Lead planning reviews and 3-week look ahead schedules.
