Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Civil, Pipeline and Earthworks (CPE) Superintendent for the Eva Copper project in Cloncurry, Queensland. The role oversees direct hire scope, monitors construction activities, and ensures ES&H and quality standards are met while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

The position is part-time telework with at least three days on-site weekly and is offered on FIFO to North Queensland on a 2:1 roster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience in civil and concrete works on industrial plants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor direct hire and sub-contractor activities; ensure ES&H, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate installation contractors, project status, schedules, and cost control.
• Interface with contractors, engineers, client and stakeholders on earthworks and foundation works.
