Job summary

Bechtel is delivering the EPC scope for the Eva Copper Process Plant and Non-Process Infrastructure in Queensland. The Civil Supervisor will oversee direct hire and contractor activities, ensuring ES&H, quality and schedule compliance while maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

Preferably a degree in engineering or 10+ years of civil and concrete experience on industrial plants; minimum 10 years in construction projects in a contractor or PMC role.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or 10+ years civil/concrete experience on industrial plants.
• 10+ years construction project experience in contractor or PMC role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor direct hire and sub-contractor activities on site.
• Ensure ES&H, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and client.
• Review submittals, RFIs and drawings.
• Maintain interfaces with other work groups.
