Job summary

Boral Concrete Noosa is seeking a reliable Plant Operator to support batching and loading operations at our Noosa Concrete Plants. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure accurate batching to mix designs and safely operate plant and mobile equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus.
• Front-end loader ticket (training can be organised if not held).
• Good written and verbal communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Proven ability to work within a team.
• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Attitude and commitment to fit a highly motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs.
• Undertake all essential day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant.
• Batch the correct concrete mix and allocate trucks to ensure smooth operation.
• General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, including safe operation of a front-end loader.
