Job summary

Boral Limited's Redcliffe Concrete Plant is seeking a Batcher in Charge to coordinate orders, batching and loading concrete, and supervise yard operations. You will allocate trucks, ensure on-time deliveries and maintain paperwork. Training provided for front-end loader and safety is a focus.

Qualifications

• Batching orders accurately to specified mix designs.
• Good computer skills and clear communication.
• Able to work in a safety-focused environment.
• Experience in construction, logistics or scheduling is valued; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and batch orders to mix designs.
• Allocate trucks for deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork and plant administration.
• Perform general yard/plant housekeeping and safe loader operation.
