Job summary

Noosa Concrete Plants, part of Boral Concrete, is hiring to support batching and loading of concrete for commercial and residential infrastructure projects. You will work under the Area Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day plant operations and safe operation of plant and equipment.

This permanent, full-time role offers a path for career growth within Boral, with training provided for a front-end loader and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork across a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A front-end loader ticket (training available if needed).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound computer literacy and basic admin tasks.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs.
• Administer day-to-day batching plant operations.
• Batch correct concrete mix and allocate trucks.
• Maintain yard and plant housekeeping and safe loader operation.
