Boral Concrete Noosa is seeking a reliable Plant Operator to support batching and loading operations at our Noosa Concrete Plants. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure accurate batching to mix designs and safely operate plant and mobile equipment.

Competenze

• Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus.
• Front-end loader ticket (training can be organised if not held).
• Good written and verbal communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Proven ability to work within a team.
• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Attitude and commitment to fit a highly motivated team.

Mansioni

Join our dynamic team at our Noosa Concrete Plants and play a key role in Building Something Great. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment. You may also be required to drive a front-end loader when required (we can train you for this).

Your day will involve:

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs
• Undertake all essential day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant
• Batching of the correct concrete mix and allocating trucks to ensure the smooth operation for Concrete and our customers
• General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, along with the safe operation of a front-end loader
