Job summary

Join our team at Boral Concrete’s Ipswich/Flinders View plant where you will be responsible for efficient batching and loading of concrete and day-to-day site operations. You may also drive a front-end loader, for which training can be provided.

We seek individuals with a strong safety and environmental mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to work within a motivated, collaborative team. Relevant batching or concrete industry experience is desirable but not essential, with

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; sound computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs.
• Undertake day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant.
• Batching of correct concrete mix and allocation of trucks for smooth operations.
• General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance; safe operation of a front-end loader.
