Job summary

Boral Concrete at Archerfield is seeking a hands-on Concrete Batch Plant Operator to join our team in Brisbane's southeast. You will batch orders to designed mixes, load trucks, operate plant and mobile equipment, and assist with day-to-day site operations.

Training is provided for front-end loader when required, and a strong safety focus is essential. We value teamwork, good communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous batching and/or concrete industry experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and the environment.
• Front-end loader ticket preferred (training available).
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs.
• Undertake day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant.
• Batch the correct concrete mix and allocate trucks for smooth operation.
• General yard and plant housekeeping and safe operation of a front-end loader.
