Job summary

Assetlink is seeking a friendly Concierge and Valet Attendant at Macquarie Centre, North Ryde, NSW. You’ll deliver an exceptional guest experience, greet customers, provide information and valet services including parking and retrieving vehicles.

Requirements include a current full Australian driver's licence, excellent presentation and customer service skills. The role is based at Macquarie Centre and paid under the General Retail Industry Award 2020, with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• A current full, unrestricted Australian driver licence is essential.
• Impeccable presentation and professional grooming.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
• A positive, enthusiastic and approachable personality.
• Ability to drive and manoeuvre a variety of vehicles safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have valid work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience to every customer.
• Meet and greet customers and assist with enquiries, directions and general information.
• Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, requests and concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers, retailers, centre management and other stakeholders.
• Provide professional valet services, including receiving, parking and retrieving customer vehicles.
• Safely operate a variety of vehicles in accordance with company procedures and road safety requirements.
• Manage vehicle keys and customer vehicles securely and responsibly.
• Assist with maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the valet area.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and ensure the concierge and valet areas are welcoming and professional.
• Work collaboratively with the wider onsite team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
